Resident Manager Training: We hire, train and supervise all property managers (on-site or off) to provide excellent service to tenants. We ensure all managers adhere to strict company policies and all housing laws and regulations. 

Lease Up: If you simply need us to fill your vacancy, we have coordination packages for a reasonable fee to relieve you of the hassle of finding qualified tenants. We can also create a unique plan based on your specific needs.

How is rent collection handled? 

Rent is collected on the due date and entered in our secure system.

Upon receiving owner's signed authorization.

What type of properties do you manage?

There is nothing too big or too small for J & P Realty to handle. We manage everything from a one unit condo to a luxury single family residence to a multi-unit residential building. We also manage commercial and industrial buildings. 

What type of reports do I get and how often?

Reports are provided monthly, the report includes all rental income received during the operation month along with detailed operating expenses. 

​When do I get my checks?

Checks are sent between the 5th and the 15th of each month, depending on pending monthly expenses.
